and Just sum of one hundred and seventy pounds eighteen shillings and one penney to be paid unto the said William Aaronshire Joseph Aronshire Mary Aaronshire and Rachell Aaronshire their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind ourselves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and date this 18 Day of August Ann Dom 1737 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Genll hath transmitted unto this Court the account of the Estate of Isaac Aaronshire dec.d where in it is found that there is ball due to the above said orphans the af.d sum of Eighty ^five^ pounds nine shillings & half peny if therefore the abovesaid Adam Brevard Isaiah Bredell and James Mumford their heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs or Either of them do and shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the af.d orphans the af.d sum of eighty five pounds nine shillings and half penny equal parts and portions according to act of assembly when they shall arive at full age to receive the same &.c then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &.c Sealed and Delivered Adam Brevard (seal) in the present of Isaiah Bredell (seal) James Martin James Mumford (seal) Edward Rownd
next &.c Thereupon the said Joan Collins with James West her security both present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in five pounds Sterling Each of their goods and Chattells Lands and tenements severally to be made and Levied to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said Joan Collins do not make her personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordship County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November then next to answer unto his Said Lordship of and Concerning of Such Matters and things as Shall be then and there Objected against her on his said Lordships behalfe & do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereupon and do depart the Same Court without Leave and in the mean time if she be not of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship |
