Lordship and all others his good people and more Especially towards the afd Mary Mccfarline &c


James West
      Recognizance
 James West appears according to his recognizance to give Evidence on behalfe of
his Lordship against Joan Collins ^and Mary Mccfarline^ &c  thereupon the said James West is ordered to                  
give new Recognizance for his appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court
of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November then Next to give Evidence on
behalfe of his Lordship against Joan Collins ^& Mary Mcfarline^ &c  Thereupon the said James West present herein
Court in his proper person acknowledged themsel himselfe Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord
proprietary in five pounds sterling good and Lawfull money of England of his body Goods and
Chattells Lands and Tenements to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors  If it happen
that the said James West do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November then next
And do not then & there give Such Evidence as he Shall know on behalfe of his Lordship ag.t
Joan Collins and Mary Macfarline and do depart the Same Court without Leave &c

 Margaret Oliver appears according to her Recognizance and is discharged therefrom
&.c  Thereupon the said Margaret Oliver and is Ordered to give new Security
for her appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset                                          
to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November then next to give Evidence on behalfe
of his Lordship the Lord Proprietary against Joan Collins and Mary Mcfarline &c

        Whereupon Mitchell Dashiell of Somerset County Gent present herein Court in his proper
person undertook for the said Margaret Oliver and acknowledged himselfe Indebted
in five pounds Sterling to be Levied on his body goods or Chattells Lands or tenements to
the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors to be made & Levied &c  If it happen that
the Said Margtt Olliver do not make her personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November then next
and do not then & there give Such Evidence as she shall know on behalf of his Lordship against
the said Joan Collins and Mary Mcfarline and do depart the Same Court without Leave &c

Mary Mcfarline
 Mary Maccfarline appears according to her Recognizance by her and her security
before acknowledged for ^her^ appearance and good behaviour to this Court  thereupon                        
the said Mary Mccfarlins appearance is recorded and she and her Security accordingly
discharged &c    Whereupon the said Mary Mccfarline is ordered to give New Security for her
good behaviour and appearance at November Court next to be held at Dividing Creek &c
