His Lordship

James Mumford and
James Watson
James Mumford and James Watson appear herein Court in their proper persons
according to a Certain Recognizance by them before acknowledged to give
evidence for his Lordship against a Certain james Duffey on Suspicion of
Felony &.c  thereupon the Said James Mumford and James Watson are discharged                                                                      
from their Recognizance afd &.c and is ordered to give New recognizance for their appearance
before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the
third Tuesday of November next to give Evidence against James Duffey as afd &c

    Thereupon the said James Mumford and James Watson both present herein Court
in their propersons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right
honourable the Lord Proprietary in ten pounds Sterling Each of their Severall goods &
Chattells Lands and tenements to the Use of his said Lordship the Lord Proprietary his heirs
and Successors to be made and Levied If it happen that the said James Mumford and James
Watson do not make their personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County
Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November then next following
and do not then and their give Such Evidence as they shall know on behalfe of his Lordship
against James Duffey on Suspicion of Felony and do depart the same Court without Leave &c

Nehemiah Holland appears here in Court in ordered to give Evidence on behalfe                                                            
of his Lordship against James Duffey on Suspicion of Felony &c
  Whereupon the said Nehemiah Holland is ordered by the Court here to give
recognizance for his appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to
be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of November next to give Evidence agt James Duffey as
afd &c
                    Thereupon the said Nehemiah Holland present herein Court in his
properson acknowledged himself Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honourable
the Lordship Proprietary in ten pounds sterling of his goods and Chattles Lands and
tennements to the use of his said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and successors
