102 for his fine by the Court hereupon him Imposed for and by occasion of the Trespass and assault afd hereof in form aforesaid he is Convicted five pounds Currant money of Maryland and that the said Cornelius Dickerson be taken to Satisfie his said Lordship of the fine afd &.c It is also Considered that the afd Charles Dickerson goe thereof without day &c Whereupon the said Cornelius Dickerson is ordered to give Security for his good behaviour and appearance at Dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November next &c Thereupon the said Cornelius Dickerson with John Sheldon and John Pope of Somerset County planters his securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary that is to say the said Cornelius Dickerson in Twenty pounds Sterling and the said John Sheldon and John Pope his securitys in ten pounds sterling Each good and Lawfull money of England of their Severall goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied If it happen that the said Cornelius Dickerson do and shall not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November then next following and do not answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning such things as shall be Objected against him on his Lordship behalfe and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereupon and do depart the same Court without Leave and in the mean time if he is not of the good behaviour &c Likewise the said Cornelius Dickerson is ordered to give Security for the payment of the severall Officers fee due by means of the premisses afd &c Thereupon the said Cornelius Dickerson with Robert Mitchell his Security both present herein Court acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship in one thousand pounds of tobacco Each to be Levied to the use of the officers &c If it Happen that the said Cornelius Dickerson do not pay and Satisfie to the Severall Officers of Somerset County Court that hath a right to any Fee or Fees by means of the premisses afd their Lawfull and Right full fees due on the premisses & Information afd when Legally registered &c Joshua Merrill appears according to his recognizance to give Evidence against Cornelius and Charles Dickerson and is by the Court here discharged &c Saul Townsend and Solomon Townsend appears according to their Recognizances Entered into to give Evidence against Cornelius and Charles Dickerson and are by the Court here discharged &c Rebecca Mayo appears according to her Recognizance to give Evidence against Cornelius and Charles Dickerson and are discharged therefrom &c |
