101 Somerset County that he Should take the afd Cornelius Dickerson and Charles Dickerson of Somerset County planters if they Should be found in his bailywick and them Should safe keep so that he might have their bodys before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of March Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and Thirty six to answer unto his Lordship of the trespass and assault afd whereof they Stand presented &c and afterwards to witt the same day and Year Came here the afd Cornelius Dickerson and Charles Dickerson before the aforesaid Justices at Dividing Creek and acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary in ten pounds Sterling Each of their goods and Chattels Lands and tenements severally to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors If it happen that they ^the^ said Cornelius and Charles Dickerson do not make their personall appearance before the Justices of his said Lordship County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of June then next following to answer unto his said Lordships &.c and that ^if^ they do not stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereupon and do depart the Same Court without Leave and in the mean time if they be not of the good haviour &c att which day here Came againe the same Cornelius and Charles Dickerson in their proper person according to the afd recognizance before acknowledged and thereupon the said Cornelius and Charles Dickerson as before acknowledged themselves Indebted in debted unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary in ten pounds Sterling Each to be Levied &.c If it happen that they do not make their personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordship County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of August then next following to answer unto his said Lordship &c and if they they do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereupon and do depart the same Court without Leave and in the mean time if they be not of the good behaviour &c Att which day here before his Lordships Jusices Came William Goldsborough Gent his Lordships attorney and who for his said Lordship in that part fo^llo^weth and Elizabeth to the Same Justices here against the afd Cornelius & Charles Dickerson an Information in form following vizt Somerset County ss Be it remembred that William Goldsborough Gent attorney of the right Honrble the Lord Proprietary that now is who for the same Lord proprietary in this part prosecuteth doth Come here into the County Court of the same Lord proprietary held for Somerset County af.d to witt at Dividing Creek in the County af.d the sixteenth Day of August Anno Dom seventeen hundred thirty and seven before John Smith Esq.r and his associates the said Lord proprietary his Justices of the same County Court and for the same Lord proprietary doth give the same Justices here to understand and be informed that Cornelius Dickerson late of Coventry parish in the County af.d planter and Charles Dickerson late of the same parish and County planter |
