Talbot County to wit
 I hereby Certify that Abraham
Brissonton of the County & State
afs.d Came and Proved to my
Satisfaction that the bearer hereof Viz.t Isaac alias
Isaac Brissonton was manumitted and set free
by him the said Abraham Brissonton on the
14th day of may Anno Domini 1804  the said
Isaac alias Isaac Brissonton is of a dark mullatto
Complexion twenty one years of age on the 3.d
Ins.t Five feet two Inches and three quarters of an
Inch high has two scars in his forehead one of which
is partly in his the Edge of his hair has two other
Scars together near the outer Corner of his left eye
no other notable marks
                                  In Testimony Whereof &c
                                  this sixth     day of Nov 1813

a Black Woman who calls herself ^named^ Dianah
alias Dianah Mullikin who is now
about 21 years of age 5 ft 6¼ inches high has no
notable marks) was born free and raised
in the County afs.d
                            Testimony &.c this 19.th
                            day of April 1814
