State of maryland Talbot County to wit
I hereby certify all persons whom it doth or
may concern that Thomas Eagle of Talbot
County came and proved to my Satisfaction that
the bearer hereof Pembroke Williams a black man
five feet ten Inches and one quarter of an Inch
high about twenty four years of age was raised
in the county afsd and was manumated by
Patrick Peck
                                In Testimony whereof
                                &c this 26.th day of July 1814

Talbot county to wit
I hereby certify all persons
whom it doth or may concern that Thomas
Eagle of Talbot county county came and proved
to my Satisfaction that the bearer                  Q
hereof a black man named Garretson
about 22 years of age five feet 11 Inches
and ¾ quarters of an Inch high with
a very small scar under his left year
was raised in the county and manumated
by himself and others
                                In testimony whereof
                                 &c this 26th July 1814
