Talbot County to wit
 I hereby Certify all persons whom it doth
or may concern that Hugh Nock of
Talbot County came and proved to my satisfaction that the
bearer hereof Negro Harry of a dark brown Complexion about
six f 2 in high 21 years of age has a noteable scar on his left
wrist & also one on his under lip  Is the Identical person
Manumitted by Aleu Peckeney on the 26 of Jany 1797 to
be free on 15 of June 1808  In Testimony & June 21 1808

State of Maryland Talbot County to wit I hereby Certify to all
persons whom it doth or may concern that James Beatie
of Talbot County came and proved to my satisfaction that
the Bearer Perry a Dark Mulatto Man by the      P
name of Perry five feet ten Inches & an half
high with no visible mark twenty two years
of age was raised in the County afsd the Identical
person manumitted by the said Beatie on the twenty
Sixth day of October last
                In Witness whereof I hereunto set my
                hand and affix the Seal of my office
                this third November 1808
