State of Maryland Talbot County to wit:
                   I hereby Certify to all persons whom it Doth or
may concern that to my certain Knowledge the bearer
hereof a bright mullatto man who calls himself W.m Kellum
and who is now about 29 years of age 5 feet 5¾ in high has
a small scar on the little finger of his left hand another
scar on the middle finger of the same hand also one other
scar on the second joint of his left thumb is the identical
person named in a manumission from Marg.t Stevens to be free
on the 1st day of Jany 1811 which s.d man was duly acknowledged
& enrolled ^among^ in the Land records of the County afs.d where
the said negro man W.m Kellum was raised
                               In Testimony &.c this 20.th of Ap.r 1811

hereof (Harry alias Harry Anderson
of a Black or Very Dark mullatto
Complection Man who is now about twenty three years of age 5 feet 5¾
                inches high has one large scar partly on the edge and near
                the third Joint of the little finger on his left ^right^ hand has &
                one other small scar partly near the outter corner of
                his right eye  has a Gap or Space between his upper
                fore teeth) is the identical negro man manumitted
                and set free by William Harrison J.r Esq.r on the 31.st
                day of Dec.r 1812
                                              In Testimony &.c this 16.th
