Talbot County to wit
 I hereby certify all persons whome
it may concern that Wm Parrott
of the County af.d came and proved to my satisfaction
that negro minta Steel the bearer hereof about five feet
one inch high about 26 years of age with no scar or
mark was raised in the County af.d is the identical woman
manumitted by him in this county in the year 1805  In
Witness whereof &a  this 1.st day of August 1809

 I hereby Certify that Robert Spedden
of Easton in the County & State afs.d
             Came & proved to my satisfaction that the Bearer hereof a
             Black Woman named Juda but ca alias Juda Banning
             who is now about 56 years of age about 4 feet 10¾ in:
             high several Large Scars on her left wrist is the
             Identical person named in a manumission from
             Levin T Speddin bearing date on the 11th day of June
             1793 the said Juda Banning to be free from the
             date thereof which said man was duly proved &
             enrolled among the land records of the Coty afs.d when
             this s.d Juda was raised
