the said Wm Meley about the year 1807 the said Joseph alias Joseph Gatis is of a very dark Complexion 5 feet 8 in high has one Large scar on his forehead one end of which extends nearly to his right eyebrow and one small scar near the end of the Little finger of his left hand (Seal) In Testimony &.c this 23.d of July 1813
bearer hereof John Ledo a black man about five feet nine Inches and one quarter of an inch high is free born and Raised in the County afs.d twenty two years of age next January has a scar corcely discarnable down his left Cheek also a small car by the corner of his right Eye and also a scar on the Joint of his fourth finger on his right hand In Testimony whereof &c this (Seal) 8.th day of December 1814 JLoockerman clk
