                                Bail

The Court from day to day and not depart therefrom without leave
of the Said Court then the above obligation shall be void otherwise
of full force and Virtue in Law

Shffs are obliged to take Bail Bonds of all persons taken on Criminal
Writs for Offences less than Felony
The sum in the penalty not to exceed £100
If the Criminal is not Sufficient for the sum and Cannot find Security
Shff may take him before a Majestrate to be dealt with According to
the Law
If the party does not appear &.c a Writ may Issue for recovery of the
penalty &.c   (Octob.r 1780 Ch 10)

Talbot County to wit
 I hereby Certify all persons whom
it doth or may concern that
Charles Gibson of the County afs.d came and proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof a Dark brown negro woman
named Sal aged thirty five feet high with a scar
on her left arm near the elbow occasioned by a
burn is the identical negro woman manumitted
by Obadiah Gary as appears on the Records of
Talbot County afs.d in the year of our Lord seventeen
hundred and ninety april the twenty fourth
and further that the said negro sal was raised in
the County aforesaid      In Testimony &C &C
