                        Ca Sa      Case

The State of Maryland  To the sheriff of            County Greeting We
                   Command you that you take   AB   (as in the writ)
    (seal)
                   if he shall be found in your Bailiwick and him safe
                   keep so that you have his Body before the Judges of
                   the General Court at the Next General Court to be
held for the Eastern Shore of this State at Talbot County Courthouse
the second Tuesday of         Next to Satisfy unto   CD      as
well the sum of                           which unto the same   AB   in the
General Court held for the Eastern Shore of the State of Maryland
at Talbot County afs.d the second Tuesday of           Anno Domini
Seventeen hundred and             before the Judges of the same Court
were adjudged for his Damages which he had Sustained by Occasion
of the Nonperformance of a certain promise and assumption unto
the said   CD   by the same   AB   at   County      Martin
as also             pounds of Tobacco which unto the said   CD
       by the said Court then and there were adjudged for his
Costs and Charges by him about his Suit in this part Opposed
whereof the said   AB   is Convicted as it appeareth of
Record and have you then and there this Writ Witness   RG Junr
Esq.r one of the Judges of our Said Court this       day of
Anno Domini
