                        Ca Sa After Scifa Debt

The State of Maryland  To the Sheriff of         County Greeting
                   you are hereby Commanded to take   AB   late
    (seal)       of      County      (as in the Scifa) otherwise called
                   AB   of   County       if he shall be found
                   in your Bailiwick and him safe keep so that
                   you have his Body before the Judges of the next
General Court to be held for the Eastern Shore of this State at
Talbot County Courthouse the second Tuesday of         Next
to Satisfy unto                                       as well a certain Debt
of                                    Current Money which said Sum the
same                  in the same General Court held for the Eastern
Shore of Maryland at Talbot County afs.d the second Tuesday
of                    Anno Domini         before the Judges of the
Same Court hath recovered as also the sum of
pounds of Tobacco which unto the same            in our said
Court was adjudged for his Damages which he had sustained
as well by Occasion of the detention of that Debt as for his Costs
and Charges by him about his Suit in that part opposed whereof
the afs.d    AB   is Convicted as to us it appears of Record
And Also the further Sum of                     pounds of Tobacco
which to the same                     in our same General Court held
for the Eastern Shore of Maryland at Talbot County Courthouse
the second Tuesday of               Anno Domini             was adjudged
for his damages which he had sustained by Occasion of the delay
of the execution of the Judgment afs.d and whereon in our said
Court it was Considered that the said               May have his
Execution against the said      AB   for the Debt and Damages
afs.d Hereof fail not at your peril and have you then and there
this Writ Witness &.c
