Shore of the State of Maryland at Talbot County afs.d the second
Tuesday of      Anno Domini               before the Judges of
the same Court against the said   AB   hath recovered as also
                         pounds of Tobacco which unto the same   CD
in the same Court were adjudged for his Damages which he
had sustained as well by Occasion of the detention of that
Debt as for his Costs and Charges by him about his Suit in that
part opposed whereof the afs.d    AB   is Convicted as it
appeareth of Record Hereof fail not at your peril and have
you then and there this Writ Witness &.c

The State of Maryland To the Sheriff of      County Greeting
                   We Command you that you take   EP   late of
    (Seal)      County planter if he shall be found in your Bailiwick
                   and him safe keep so that you have his Body before
                   the Judges of the Next General Court to be held for
                   the Eastern Shore of this State at Talbot County Courthouse
the Second Tuesday of April Next  To Satisfy unto us the sum of
                pounds Current Money of Maryland which Said Sum of
                pounds By the Judges of our Said General Court at a
Court held for the Eastern Shore of this State at Talbot County
Courthouse the Second Tuesday of September Anno Domini
was Imposed on the said   E P   for his fine for Committing an Assault
and Battery on the Body of a certain T V   as also
pounds of Tobacco for the Costs and Charges thereon Accruing
Hereof fail not at your peril and have you then and there this
Writ Witness  Rob.t Hanson Harrison Esq.r Chief Judge of our said
Court   this 24.th day of September Anno Domini 1782
