Talbot County to wit
I hereby Certify all persons whom it doth
or may Concern that Samuel Troth of Easton
Talbot County af.d came and proved to my satisfaction that the
Bearer hereof George was born free the said negro George
was raised in Talbot County is five feet six Inches high & twenty
three years of age has a scar on his right arm & [illegible]
Conversation & is a black man

I hereby Certify that Jacob Price all
persons whom it doth or may concern that Jacob Price
of Talbot County came and proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof negroe Lucy 5 feet 2 Inches high
about 40 years of age a very brown mulatto with
several scars on the left arm is the identical negroe
woman manumitted by Edward Turner in the year 1791

or may concern that James Cockayne
of Talbot County and State afs.d came and proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof Mable a very dark Mulatto Woman
aged about thirty six years five feet & half an inch high
with no other visible marke than the loss of one of her upper
four teeth was raised in Sussex County in the State of Delaware
is the Identical Negro Woman manumitted by his Father
Thomas Cockayne in the year seventeen hundred and seventy seven
                                     In Testimony &c
                                                             10 Octr 1806
