County is the Negro mentioned in a
manumission executed by Anna M Tilghman
of this County in favor of said Richard
    14th day of August 1806

     State of Maryland
     Talbot County to wit
 I hereby certify all persons
whom it doth or may concern
that Elizabeth Dickinson personally came and
proved to my satisfaction that Will a very dark
Mulatto aged forty years of age five feet nine inches
high with no visible marks and raised in the County
afsd this 18th august 1806  J Loockerman Clk


Maryland Talbot County
                         to wit:
 I hereby certify all
persons whom it doth
or may concern that Nathaniel Covington came
and proved to my satisfaction that the bearer
hereof Negro George is the Identical Negro set
free by Anna Maria Tilghman of Talbot
County afsd in the year Eighteen hundred &
five the said is a black man five feet ^seven^ eight
inches high about forty years of age as expressed
the manumission with the mark or scar
of a bad burn on his right arm and has also
lost one of his upper fore teeth rather on the
left side of his mouth this 25 day of August
