that the bearer hereof a mulatto negro man named Bill (alias) William Isaacs aged twenty one or thereabouts five feet four inches high with a scar on ^the upper part of^ his left year occasioned by a bight from a man in a fight is the identical person born of a free woman named Rachel Armstrong of the County afsd and the said negro William Isaac as afsd was also born and raised in the said County In Testimony &C dated 12th nov 1807
and proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a black Negro man named Richard alias Richard Dickinson about twenty one years of age five feet one inches high with a small scar on the right side of his cheek and small one on his left hand near the last Joint of his thum was born of a woman manumitted by Obedaih Gary of Talbot County on the 9th day of February 1790 and Recorded in the Land Records of Talbot County and was Raised in the County afd In Witness this 16 Decembr 1807 J L |
