State of M.d Talbot County to wit:
                            I hereby certify that James Dodson of
the county and state af.d came and proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof a black man
who calls himself Ned Harden 5 feet 7 in: high a
singular look out of his left eye  and about 36 years
of age is the identical person named in a manumission
from Mary Harrison & that the s.d Ned
Harden was raised in the county & state af.d
                                           In Testimony &c
                                           this 4 of Oct.r 1809

Talbot County to wit
I hereby Certify that Isaac Atkinson of the
County and State afs.d Came and proved to my satisfaction that
the bearer hereof a Black man who calls himself pace
Dobson alias Isaac Dobson and who is now about 44 years
of age six feet high a parcell of yellow spots on is left
right fingers occasioned a burn  is the Identical person
named in a manumission from Aaron Atkinson to
sundry negroes bearing date on or about the 28 of June 1776
the said Isaac Dobson to be free on the            day of
          and which was duly acknowledged attested & enrolled
          among the Land records of the County afs.d where
          the said Isaac Dobson was raised
                            In Testimony &.c this 22d of June 1811
