          Negro Isaac

State of Maryland Harford County To Wit
    I hereby Certify that the bearer hereof negro Isaac five feet
seven Inches high about thirty six years of age became free
by virtue of a bill of Sale and manumission by Joseph
Ford of said County and duly recorded and executed in Harford
County in Liber H D no T folio 60 one of the Land record
Books of Harford County Court the said negro Isaac has a
small scar on his left thumb he is of a dark Complexion and
was raised in Harford County
                            In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set
                            my hand and affixed the seal of my
                            office this twenty first Day of November

                           Negro Robert Lingham

State of Maryland Harford County to wit
             I hereby certify That the bearer hereof Negro Robert
    Lingham five feet ten inches high about thirty seven years of
    age became free by virtue of a Manumission duly executed
    and acknowledged by William Ford William Woolen and
    Henry Woolen on the nineteenth day of October in the year
    Eighteen hundred and nineteen a scar between five and six
    inches in length on the inner part of the left leg below
    the Knee of a Dark Complexion was born and raised in
    the County aforesaid   In Testimony whereof I have hereunto
    set my Hand and affixed the Seal of my Office the twenty
    (seal)   first day of November in the year of our LORD one
                thousand eight hundred and twenty six
