                                Negro Prushia               (23

State of Maryland
Harford County to wit   I hereby certify that the
bearer hereof Mulatto Prushia five feet
seven inches high about forty nine or fifty years
of age of a yellow complexion became free
on the twenty eighth day of december seventeen
hundred and eighty six in virtue of a deed of
Manumission made by Thomas Bond of said
County and duly executed and Recorded
    The said Prushia is lame in his left leg and
foot ^which is much smaller than the right^ (occasioned as he says by having his leg broke and
his ancle put out of joint) which is much smaller
than the right his hair straight and grey and was
raised in the county aforesaid      In Testimony
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
seal of the county aforesaid this eleventh day of
June in the year Eighteen hundred and Eight

                            Mulatto Minty Miller

State of Maryland Harford County to wit   I hereby certify
that the bearer hereof Mulatto Minty Miller five feet
three Inches high about twenty five years of age of a
dark yellow complexion was born free   The said
Minty Miller was raised in the County aforesaid and
has a scar on the back of her right hand and one on
the left side of her neck      In Testimony whereof
I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the
seal of the county aforesaid this twelfth day of August in
the year Eighteen hundred and eight
