                    Negro Elias Dorsey

    State of Maryland Harford County to wit
                I hereby certify that the bearer hereof Negro
Elias Dorsey born & raised in Harford County Maryland
of a yellow complexion aged about
twenty four years five feet six & a half inches high
rather thick set a scar on the throat said to be
from an operation for the King Evil disease called
the Kings Evil a scar across the right ball
of his right fore finger a scar on the left
side of his belly & on the inner side of the left
shigh occasioned by a burn was born
free & is now free

                   Negro Moses Howard

State of Maryland Harford County to wit:
    I hereby Certify that the bearer hereof Negro Moses Howard ^was^ born & raised in
Harford County Maryland of a dark Complexion about 39 years of age five
feet 11½ inches high rather slender having a scar across the left knee
in the other side thereof one other on the joint of the left thumb & one
other on the joint of the left fore finger was born free
& is now free         In testimony whereof &c this 23rd June

State of Maryland Harford County to wit      I H. D. Clk of Harfd Coty Co.t hereby
Certify that Negro Mary Howard ^the bearer hereof^ was was borned & raised in Harford County Ma
of a yellow complexion about 22 years of age five feet six inches high
slender made having a scar on the back of her left hand occasioned
by a burn was ^is^ the daughter of Shorty Howard a free woman
& was born free & is now free         In testimony whereof
