                        Negro Mary

    State of Maryland Harford County to wit
                I hereby certify that Negro Mary ^born & raised in Harford M^ the bearer
hereof of dark complexion aged about 35 years &
five feet five & a half inches high having a scar on her
forehead & her front teeth out is now free & that
she became free by virtue of a Deed of Manumission
executed by Prudence Enloes & James Enloes
& others on the 13.th May 1822 and Recorded in Liber
H. D. No 6 folio 23 one of the Land Record Books
of Harford County Court

                                 Negro Harriett Bond

State of Maryland Harford County to wit
                         I hereby certify that Negro Harriett Bond born
& raised in Harford County Maryland the bearer hereof of a light
yellow complection aged about twenty four years five feet five inches
high of slender make & having no perceptable scars on her
is the daughter of Negro Hannah Bond a free negro woman &
that the said Harriett is now free & was born free
