Negro Elizabeth Hall State of Maryland Harford County Sc.t I hereby certify that Negro Elizabeth the bearer hereof aged between thirty three and thirty four years a bright mulatto about five feet and half an inch in height with a scar from a burn on the inside of the hand and little finger of each hand and the little finger on the right hand appears to be crooked in consequence thereof became free in consequence and by virtue of a Deed of Manumission from Ruth Wilmot duly executed bearing date on or about the 4th day of November 1806 and recorded in Liber H D No S folio 485 one of the Land Record Books of Harford County Court In testimony whereof I hereto subscribe my name and affix the Seal of Harford County Court this 12th day of November 1837 Henry Dorsey Clk Negro Ashbury State of Maryland Harford County Sct I hereby certify that Negro Ashbury the bearer hereof aged about forty two years of dark complection has a small cut over the right eye five feet three and a half inches high became free in virtue of a Deed of Manumission executed by John Lee Webster to sundry slaves and recorded in in Liber J L G N.o M folio 30 one of the Land Record books of Harford County Court In testimony whereof I have hereto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of Harford County Court this third day of January Eighteen hundred and thirty Eight Identified by Baltus Fye Henry Dorsey Clk |
