                    Negro Isaac

Maryland Harford County Sct
             I hereby certify that the bearer hereof
Negro Isaac Smith forty three years of age of dark
complection five feet seven inches high has a scar
on the chin has two small moals on the left side of
the nose and one on the left side of the face and has two
scars on the forehead was born free and raised in Harford
County
                   In Testimony whereof I have hereto
                   subscribed my name and affixed the
                   seal of Harford County Court this second
                   day of June Eighteen hundred and
                   thirty two

                      Negro Nance

Maryland Harford County To wit:
I hereby Certify that the bearer hereof Negro Nance
about forty years of age four feet Eleven inches and
a half high has a scar on the Right arm just above
the hand occasioned from a burn with a flat iron also
ha a scar in the left eye brow near the nose said
to have been done with a pump handle became and
has a dark Complexion became free by virtue of a
deed of manumission Executed by William Wilson
bearing date the 26th day of may E 1818 and Recorded
in Liber H. D. N.o 1 folio 347 one of the land Record
Books of Harford County Court
                In Testimony whereof I hereto set my
                hand and affix the seal of Harford County
                Court this sixth day of June Eighteen
                hundred and thirty two
