                Negro Frank Wilson

Maryland Harford County Sct
             on this twenty ninth day of may Eighteen
hundred and thirty two personally appeared
before me one of the Justices of the peace in and for
the County aforesaid Benjamin Pitcock and
made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty
God that the bearer hereof Negro Frank Wilson
who is five feet ten inches high and half and
inch light complection uncommonly erect
has a very deep dimple in his chin and a promenent
nose and about thirty three years of
age was raised in his family from the time
he was six years of age at which time he was
supposed to have been descended from a free
woman and has always up to this time been
considered and believed in the neighbourhood
where he was raised to be free

                I hereby certify that Stephen Jones
Esquire before whom the above affidavit appears
to have been made and who has thereto
subscribed his name was at the time of so
doing one of the State of Marylands Justices
of the peace in and for the County aforesaid
duly Commissioned and Sworn

             hereto set my hand and affixed
             the seal of my office this twenty
             ninth day of May in the year
