high about forty years of age has a scar on rist of the
right hand one under the left eye and is much pileed
with the small pox she is stout made was manumitted
and set free her freedom to Commence on the
first day of January 1811 her person identified by a Certain
E Vancy shawhon

    The state of Maryland Queen Anns County to Wit
Whereas application

The State of Maryland Queen Anns County To Wit
Whereas application has this day been made to me by
a certain Negro Man named Bengamin for a certificate
of his being a free Man I do therefore hereby certify
to all persons whom it doth or may concern that by
the last will and testament of a certain Elizabeth
OBryan deceased proved in my office on the twenty
fifth day of may Eighteen hundred and two a
certain Negro Man named Bengamin of a dark
Complexion five feet and one half an inch high
is about sixty years old has no visible scars Was
Manumitted and set free his freedom to commence
at the Death of the Testatrix his person Identified
by a certain Mrs Elizabeth Caradine
    In Testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribe
my name and the Seal of my office this first day
of April 1819
                      Tho C Earle Reg Wills Q A County
