with a large scar on his Right Knee a scar on his right arm
where he was Inoculated for the small pox also one on his
left arm by the same complaint was manumitted and set free
his freedom to commence on the nineteenth day of october in the
year Eighteen hundred and seven and proved by the oath
of Andrew Tolson to be the Identical Boy specefied in said will
seal of
the orphans
Court
 In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed the seal of the orphans court for Queen
Anns County this day of October 1807
                                  Will H Nicholson Regr Q A County


    Maryland Sc.t  I do hereby certify that by the last will
and Testament of a certain Sarah Tolson late of Queen Anns
County deceased duly Executed on the nineteenth day of october in
the year seventeen hundred and ninety five and proved in my
office on the 31st December in the same year a certain negro
woman named Ruth of Dark complexion five feet six inches high
seven and twenty years of age with a long scar on her right arm
Just above the Elbow also one on the left arm where she was
Invented for the small pox Just above the Elbow was manumitted
and set free her freedom to commence on the Nineteenth
day of October in the year Eighteen hundred and seven
And proved by the oath of Andrew Tolson to be the Identical
Girl specefyed in said will
