the orphans
Court
 In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed the seal of the orphans court
for Queen Anns County this 1st day of June Anno
Domini 1808     Will H Nicholson Reg.r Q A County


Maryland ss  I do hereby certify that by the last will and
Testament of a certain Ann Kent late of Queen Anns County
deceased duly Executed on the third day of August seventeen
hundred and Ninety five and proved in any office on the first
day of October in the same same year a certain negro named
Emanuel alias Mike of yellowish complexion five feet
three Inches and three quarters of an Inch high four or
five and twenty years of age with a scar on his right arm
just above the Elbow was manumitted and set free his said
freedom to commence on the first day of January one
thousand eight hundred and six and proved by the oath of
John Ruth Downes (who intermarried with Elizabeth Kent
the sister and Devisor of said Ann Kent) to be the Identical
Boy Emanuel alias mike mentioned in the will aforesaid
seal of the
orphans
Court
      In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed the seal of the orphans court
for Queen Anns County this second day of
April 1807               Wm H Nicholson Regr Q A County


       Maryland ss   I do hereby certify that by the last will
and Testament of a certain Sarah Tolson late of Queen Anns
County deceased duly Executed on the nineteenth day of october in
the year seventeen hundred and Ninety five and proved in
my office on the 31.st December in the year 1795 a certain
negro named Perry of dark complexion five feet seven Inches
and an half inch high seven and twenty years of age
