deceased duly Executed on the fifteenth day of November
Anno Domini seventeen hundred and ninety and proved in my
office on the fourth day of January Anno Domini seventeen
hundred and ninety one a certain negro man named
Jim (who is the Bearer hereof) of a ^dark^ yellowish complexion
five feet five inches high large white eyes has a very large
scar on the right side of his head and another on his
left arm and is about twenty five years of age was manumitted
and set free his freedom to commence on the last
day of January eighteen hundred and Nine and proved
by the oath of a certain Charles Downes to be the Identical
person as mentioned in the said will
seal of
the orphans
Court 

NB on the 11.th augt
 In Testimony whereof I hereto set my hand
and affix the seal of the orphans court for Queen
Anns County this 7.th day of March Anno Domini
one thousand eight hundred and Nine
          Will H Nicholson Regr Q A County
1815 issued another one it being in evidence to me that the first was destroyd


       Maryland ss  I do hereby certify that by the last will
and Testament of a Certain Horatio Seney late of Queen Anns
County deceased duly executed on the twenty fourth day of
August in the year of our lord seventeen hundred and ninety
seven and proved in my office on the second day of september
Anno Domini Eighteen hundred and ten a certain negro
man named Jim of a very Dark complexion five
feet eight Inches high about twenty eight years of age
has a Small scar on his left rist was manumitted and set
free his freedom to commence at the death of a certain
Joshua Seney who Died in the year of our Lord seventeen hundred
and ninety eight and proved by the oath of a certain
Thomas Seegar to be the Identical person as mentioned
