44 that by the last Will and Testament of a Certain Benjamin Hall late of Queen Anns County deceased duly executed on the day of February eighteen hundred and Ten and proved in my office on the 30.th day of April 1811 a Certain Negro Woman named Henrietta of a dark complexion about twety ^twenty^ years of age five feet three and a half inches high very well made a full face and has a black mole between her nose and upper lip and another between her under lip and chin she says that she has had her ears pierced and whare the flesh has grown out something like that of warts Was manumitted and set free her freedom to commence after her serving six years and six months from the first day of January Eighteen hundred and Ten which happened on the first day of July last past her person identified by the oath of a Certain Samuel Smith Esq Sept 16 1816 The State of Maryland Queen Anns County To wit Whereas application hath been made to me by a Certain Negro Woman who calls herself Easther for a Certificate of her being a free woman I do therefore in pursuance of an act of the General assembly of this State passed November Session 1805 hereby Certify that by the last Will and Testament of a Certain William Rage late of Queen Anns County deceased duly executed on the 8 day of June 1809 and proved in my office on the 1st day of July 1809 A Certain |
