32 named Henry alias Henry Samson Six feet and a half Inches high stout made very dark complexion hat a scar on the corner of the right eye and one on the back of the left hand occasioned by hurt about twenty Six years and Two months old was among many other negroes manumitted and set free his freedom to commence on his arriving at the age of Twenty five year and Identified by the oath of a certain Robert Carsons to be on the property of the deceased and one mentioned in said will In Testimony &c this 23.rd May 1815 Thomas C Earle Reg Wills Maryland I do hereby certify all persons whom it doth or may concern that by the last Will and Testament of a certain Edmund Farrell late of Queen anns County deceased duly executed on the 19 January 1810 and proved in my office on the 16 July same year a Certain negro man named London of a yellowish complexion 5 feet 2 & 3/8 Inches high thirty one years of age hath a scar on the right side of the nose and one on the left side nearly nearly intersecting each other occasioned by a bite was manumitted and set free his freedom to commence on his arriving at the age of Twenty five years and proved by the oath of a certain Sarah Rogers to be the Identical person among others mentioned in said will In Testimoney & This 27 May 1815 Thomas C Earle Reg Q A Coty NB A new certificate granted July 15 1818 T C Earle Rg Wills |
