31 to commence at the death of the Testater and Identified by the Oath of a certain of Isaac Winchester In Testimony &c this 15 May 1815 Thos C Earle Regr Wills Maryland Queen anns County To wit I do hereby certify all persons whom it doth or may concern that by the last Will and Testament of a certain Arthur Emory duly executed on the 17.th September 1797 and proved in my office on the 18.th September 1800 a Certain Negro Man named Emanuel of a yellowish Complexion five feet Ten and a half Inches high thirty years of age in February last hath a scar on the back of the left hand apparantly natural and one on the right rist occasioned by a sore was manumitted and set free his freedom to commence on his arriving at the age of Twenty eight years and proved by the oath of a Certain John Browne to be the Identical person mentioned in the said will In Testimony &.c this 17 May 1815 Thomas C Earle Reg Wills Mary Land Queen anns County To wit I do hereby Certify all persons whom it doth or may concern that by the last Will and Testament of a certain John Whittington duly executed on the Twenty seventh day of Febry A D 1795 and proved in my office on the 11th day of August in the same year a certain negro man |
