30 Maryland Queen Anns County ss I do hereby Certify that by the last Will and Testament of a Certain Anna Maria Chew duly executed on the seventh day of February 1811 a 28th day of February 1806 and proved in my office on the 11th February 1811 a Certain negro girl named Harriott about fourteen years of age Born in Queen Anns County 4 feet 11½ Inch high was manumitted and set free her freedom to commence on the said eleventh day of February 1811 her person Identified by the oath of a certain James Corkral In Testimony &c this 6 (Seal) day of May 1815 Thos C Earle Reg Wills Maryland Queen anns County ss.t I do hereby certify all whom it doth or may concern that by the last will and Testament of a certain Thomas Elliott late of Queen anns County deceased duly executed on the 2d day of November 1813 and proved in my office on the 24th day of May 1814 a certain negro woman named Lucy of a dark complexion Five feet ten and half Inches high about Thirty five years of age hath a scar on the right side of the neck several scars on the right arm several on the right and left knee above and below the knee was manumitted and set free her freedom |
