28 The State of Maryland Queen Anns County Court I do hereby certify all whom it doth or may concern that by the last will and Testament of a Certain Sarah Tillotson late of Queen Anns County deceased duly executed on the thirteenth day of March seventeen hundred and ninety five and proved in my office on the 1st day of April in the same year a Certain negro boy named Tom of a dark complexion five feet six and a ¼ Inch high about Twenty nine years old hath a scar over the right eye occasioned by a burt a remarkable wart on the left ear and a scar on the left hand near the joint of the fore finger was manumitted and set free his freedom to commence in the year 1811 and proved by the Oath of Major Thomas Emory to be the identical person mentioned in the said Will In Testimony whereof I have here (seal) unto set may name and affixed the seal of my office this 24th day of April 1815 Thomas C Earle Regr Wills QAC Maryland Queen Anns County sst I do hereby Certify that by the last will and testament of a certain Jacob Barnes late of Queen Anns County deceased duly executed on the proved in my office on the 10th day of December 1799 a certain negro Woman Named Tiney of a yellowish complexion five feet five and three fourths of an Inch high about thirty one years of age hath a scar nearly around the left rist about the Joint one on the right rist above the Joint Occasioned Occasioned by burn and |
