Maryland Queen Anns County to wit   I hereby Certify that
a certain mulatto woman named Louisa now about thirty
years old five feet one & a half inches high light complexion
& has a scar on her right arm and one other over her right
eye  was manumitted & set free by the last will & testament
of a certain James Myers dated 18th February 1830
& admitted to probat in my office 30th July 1830 her
freedom to commence at the age of twenty eight
years  her person Identified by the evidence of
a certain James W Price

             In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
(Seal)    name & affixed the seal of my office this
             10th day of may 1847  L Roberts Reg wills
                                           for Queen Anns County


State of Maryland Queen Anns County to wit

    I hereby certify that a certain negro man named
Perry now about twenty nine years old five feet five
& a half inches high of dark complexion has a scar
on his left ear and Left arm stiff in part  was manumitted
& set free by the last will & testament of a
certain Philemon Spencer dated 19th June ^1828^ & admitted
to probat in my office on the 8th July 1828 his
freedom to commence at the expiration of
the year 1843  his person identified by the
evidence of a certain Samuel Shawn
                      In Testimony whereof I have hereunto
(Seal)             set my name & affixed
                      the seal of my office this
                      10th day of May 1847
