222 Maryland Queen Anns County To wit I do hereby Certify that a certain negro man named Henry Asbury alias Oliver about ^thirty one years old^ five feet three inches in hight of ^rather Light^ Dark complexion and has a scar on the joint of his left fore finger was willed to a certain James Wilcox to serve till he is thirty years of age by the last will and Testament of Debora Dorothy Blackistone dated on the seventh day of October Eighteen hundred and sixteen and admitted to probat in my office on the first day of July Eighteen hundred and twenty three his person Identified by the Affidavit of the aforesaid James Wilcox his time of service having Expired in October 1843 In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my name and affixed the seal of my office this 20th day of August 1844 Lem.l Roberts Reg Wills for Queen Anns County Maryland Queen Anns County To wit I do hereby Certify that a certain Negro woman named Mary now about years of age feet in hight was manumitted and set free by the last will and Testament of a certain Philip Feddeman dated on the Eighteenth day of July Eighteen hundred and twenty one and admitted to probat in my office on the 22.d day of January Eighteen hundred and twenty two her freedom to commence when she arives at the age of twenty Eight years his person Identified by the evidence of a certain Philip H. Feddeman In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my name and affixed the seal (Seal) of my office this day of 1844 |
