220 State of Maryland Queen Anns County To wit I do hereby Certify that a certain negro woman named Nancy now about thirty one Years old of rather a light complexion five feet five & a half inches in hight with two small scars on the back of her neck was manumitted and set free by the last will and Testament of a certain Elizabeth Richmond dated on the 22nd day of October 1831 and admitted to probat in my office on the 19th day of may 1832 her freedom to commence when she is twenty five Years of age Her person Identified by the Evidence of a certain W. A. G. Hobbs In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set (Seal) my name and affixed the seal of my office this 11th day of may 1844 Lem.l Roberts Reg Wills State of Maryland Queen Anns County To wit I do hereby Certify that a certain Negro woman named Susan now about thirty one Years old five feet three & a half inches in hight dark complexion & has a small scar on her left Breast was manumitted and set free by the last will and Testament of a certain Philip Feddeman dated on the 18th July 1821 and Admitted to probat ^in my office^ on the 22nd day of January 1822 her freedom to commence ^when she is^ at 28 Years of age old her person Identified by the evidence of a certain Gustavus A.
