205 and sixteen and admitted to probat on the 29.th day of September 1817 his person identified by the Oath of a certain Juliet Duhamel In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my name (seal) and affixed the seal of my Office this 8.th day of February 1842 Tho C Earle Reg Wills for Queen Anns County State of Maryland The State of Maryland Queen Anns County to wit I hereby certify that a certain negro man named Jim aged about 54 years five feet 11 Inches high dark complexion was manumitted and set free by the last will and Testament of a certain James Duhamel to serve until he was Thirty five years of age dated on the 20.th day of 29.th day of september 1817 his age and person being proved to me by James Roe In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set (seal) my name and affixed the seal of my Office this 12.th day of February 1842 Tho C Earle Reg Wills for Queen Anns County The State of Maryland Queen Anns County to wit I hereby certify that a certain negro man named Frisby aged about 52 years six feet and a half Inch high very spare dark complexion was manumitted and set free by the last will and Testament of a certain James Duhamel to serve until he was thirty five years of age dated on the 20.th day of of August 1814 and admitted to probat in my Office on the 29.th day of september 1817 his age and person being proved to me by James Roe In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set (seal) my name and affixed the seal of my Office this 12.th day of February 1842 Tho C Earle Reg Wills for Q Anns County |
