    Maryland Queen Anns County to wit
             I hereby certify that a certain negro woman named
Charlotte aged about 32 years 5 feet 1¼ Inches high of a Dark
Copper Color  has the mark of a Raspberry on the right of
her neck and a small mole on the side of her nose was manumated
and set free by the last Will and Testament of
Robert Butler late of Queen Anns County dec.d duly executed
on the 8 Feby 1831 and admitted to probat in my office on
the 30 Sep.t 1834 her freedom to commence on the 30 Sep.t
1834 and her person being identified by William Harper Esq
                   In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my name
    [Seal]      and affixed the seal of my office this 20 day of
                   May 1839                     Tho C Earle Reg Will
                                                         for Queen Anns County


    Maryland Queen Anns County to wit
          I certify that a certain negro woman named Priscilla
aged about thirty three years and is five feet one inch and a
quarter high of a light Copper Color and has no particular
marks  was manumitted and set free by the last Will and
Testament of M.rs Catharine Bruff late of Queen Anns County
dec.d duly executed in the month of August 1820 and admitted
to probat in my office on the 3 April 1832 and her freedom
to commence on the 1.st day of January 1823  her person being identified
by the evidence of Henry E Wright
                In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
    [seal]    name and affixed the seal of my office this
                21st day of May 1839         Tho C Earle Reg Wil
                                                          for Queen Anns County
