193 in my office the 7 april 1807 her freedom to commence on the 8 March 1824 and her person having been identified by the evidence of a certain W.m H Emory Given under my hand and the seal of my [Seal] office this 8.th day of April 1839 Tho C Earle Reg Wills for Queen Anns County Maryland Queen Anns County ss I certify that a certain negro woman Rebecca who calls herself Rebecca Roberts about 5 feet 3 Inches high aged about thirty three years of Dark Complexion and has lost the sight of her right eye was left free by the last Will and Testament of a certain Elizabeth O Bryan who manumitted and set free her Mother Ibby whose freedom occured before the birth of the said Rebecca a p.r Last will and Testament of said Elizabeth O Bryan duly executed on the 12 day of July 1801 and admitted to probat in my office the 25 May 1802 whose freedom commences with her birth and her person having been identified by a certain Frances Gould In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my [Seal] name and affixed the seal of my office this 9 day of April 1839 Tho C Earle Reg Wills for Q A County Maryland Queen Anns County ss I certify that a certain negro woman named Charlotte aged about thirty one years of a mulatto Colour five feet one Inch high has no particular marks was set free by the last Will and Testament of a certain Benjamin Roe duly executed on the 26 March 1829 and admitted to Robat in my office on the 25 May 1829 her freedom to commence on the 19 Sep.t 1838 and her person being identified by the evidence of a certain Benj Roe |
