the 12 March 1831 her freedom to commence on 31 Dec.r 1831 and
her person being Identified by the evidence of a certain James L
Byan
                      In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
       [Seal]      name and affixed the seal of my office this
                       8 day of Nov.r 1837         Tho C Earle Reg Wills
                                                                   for Queen Anns County


       State of Maryland Queen Anns County sct
             I hereby certify that a certain negro man named Vincent
about thirty years of age five feet five and three quarter
inches in height dark complexion and of a pleasant countenance
and has a scar on his left Leg was manumitted and set free by
the last will and testament of a certain William Stead
late of Queen Anns County dec.d duly executed on the 1.st day
of June 1831 and admitted to probat in my office on the 12 Oct
1831 his freedon to commence on the 1.st day of June 1837 and
his person being identified by a certain Benjamin Seegar
                         In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
       (seal)         name and affixed the seal of my office this
                        11 day of Nov.r 1837      Tho C Earle Reg Wills
                                                                   for Q A County


Maryland Queen Anns county st
       I hereby certify that a certain negro man named Daniel
otherwise called Daniel Rosher aged about 27 years 5 feet 9¼
inches high of Dark complexion and has a large scar on his
left arm was manumitted and set free by virtue of the last
Will and Testament of of a certain John Grason late of the City
of Annapolis dec.d duly executed on the 26 Dec.r 1805 and admitted
to Probate on the 13 Janry 1806 a copy of of which is recorded in
this office in which he wills his negro slave Maria to be free
at the expiration of 17 years from the date of said Will
