185 dec.d duly Executed on the 18 July 1821 and admitted to probat in my office on the 22 Janry 1822 her freedom to commece on 22 Jany 1826 and her person having been Identified by the Oath of a certain Martha Allen In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my name (seal) and affixed the seal of my office May 27 1837 Tho C Earle Reg Wills for Queen Anns County Maryland Queen Anns County to wit I hereby certify that a certain negro man by the name of David otherwise called David Mane aged about years five feet four and three Quarters inches high of a Dark Complexion one scar on his left Leg his teeth very much Decayed was manumated and set free by the last will and Testament of a certain Woolman Gibson late of Queen Anns County dec.d duly executed on the 9 July 1831 and admitted to probat in my office on the 12 Nov.r 1831 his freedom to commece on the 1.st Janry 1832 and his person being identified by the evidence of a certain John E. Gibson In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my name [Seal] and affixed the seal of my office this 18.th day of July 1837 Tho C Earle Reg Wills for Queen Anns County Queen Anns County to wit I hereby certify that a certain negro man by the name of Dick otherwise called Richard scott aged about 37 years 5 feet 7¾ inches high Dark complexion scar on his right thumb tolerable set of teeth was manumatted and set free by the last will and testament of a certain margaret cain duly executed on the 10 sept 1819 and admitted to probate in my office on the 1.st Nov.r 1823 his freedom to commece in 1824 and his person being identified by the Oath of a certain Henry Lowe In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my name and affixed (seal) the seal of my office August 4 1837 Tho C Earle Reg Will for Queen Anns County |
