176 Maryland Q A County ss I Certify that a certain negro woman named Skenny aged about 31 years five feet high has a small scar on her left arm and of dark Complexion was manumitted and set free by the last will and testament of a certain Sarah Mortin late of Queen Anns County dec.d duly Executed on the 4 May 1820 and admitted to probat on the 3 april 1821 her freedom to commece on the 1.st January 1831 In Testimony whereof I have hereunto [seal] set my name and affixed the seal of my office Tho C Earle Reg Wills for Queen Anns County Maryland Queen Anns County to wit I certify that a certain negro man named Richard aged about thirty years of a black complexion five feet and three fourths of an inch high has a full set of teeth and a scar on his forhead was manumitted & set free by the last Will and Testament of a certain Philip Feddeman late of Queen Anns County dec.d duly Executed on the 18 July 1821 and admitted to probat on 22 January 1822 his freedom to commece on 5 February 1838 and person being identified by a Certain Henry Story sen.r In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my (seal) name and affixed the seal of my office &.c Maryland Queen Anns County to wit I certify that a certain negro woman by the name of Maria aged about 49 years 4 feet 11 Inches in hight brown Complexion has a scar on her breast and was manumitted & set free by the last will and Testament of a certain Ph^il^ip Feddeman executed on the 18 July 1821 and admitted to probat on the 22 Jany 1822 and person having been identified by th Oath of certain John Roe |
