17 Maryland Ss I do hereby certify to whom it doth concern that by the last Will & Testament of Anna Maria Chew duly executed on the twenty eighth Day of February one thousand eight and six and proved in my office on the eleventh Day of February one thousand eight hundred and eleven a certain negroe woman named Jesse (one of the Children of little Bill & Milly) born in Queen Anns County aged fifteen years four feet eleven Inches and five eighths of an Inch high two scars on her left arue was manumitted and set free to commence her freedom on the eleventh Day of February one thousand eight hundred and eleven her person identified by the oath of John B Carman Febr 19.th 1811 Test Wm H Nicholson Rg L S Q A County Maryland SS I do hereby certify to whom it doth concern that by the last Will & Testament of Anna Maria Chew duly executed on the twenty eighth Day of February one thousand eight hundred and six and proved in my office on the eleventh Day of February one thousand eight hundred and eleven a certain Negro woman named Milly born in Queen Anns County and aged thirty one years five feet high a scar on her right hand occasioned by a burn was manumittted and set free to commence her freedome on the said eleventh Day of February one thousand eight hundred and eleven her person &c identified by the oath of John B Carman Oct.r 19th 1811 Test Wm H Nicholson Rg L S Q A County |
