Maryland Ss  I do hereby certify to whom it doth concern that by the
last Will & Testament of Anna Maria Chew duly executed on
the twenty eighth Day of February one thousand eight
and six and proved in my office on the eleventh Day
of February one thousand eight hundred and eleven a
certain negroe woman named Jesse (one of the Children
of little Bill & Milly) born in Queen Anns
County aged fifteen years four feet eleven Inches
and five eighths of an Inch high two scars on her
left arue was manumitted and set free to commence
her freedom on the eleventh Day of February one
thousand eight hundred and eleven her person identified
by the oath of John B Carman
       Febr 19.th 1811               Test

her person &c identified by the oath of John B Carman
