16 eight hundred and eleven his person indentifide by the oath of Robert Emory Esqr In Testamony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Affixed the Seal of my office this 23d Day of July 1811 L S Wm H Nicholson Rg Q A County Maryland Ss I do hereby certify to whom it doth concern that by the last Will and Testament of Mary Barnes duly executed on the seventeenth Day of June 1797 and proved in my office 13th Day of June 1798 a certain negro woman named Tilly born on Kent Isleared aged about 27 years five feet two inches and a half inch high two small scares on her left hand close by her middle finger and a large one on her right foot was manumitted and set free her freedom to commence in the year 1809 her person identifide by the oath of John Brown Esqr In Testament whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of my office this 26th Day of July 1811 L S Wm H Nicholson Rg Q A County Maryland Sct I do hereby certify to all whom it doth concern that by the last Will and Testament of William Palmer duly executed on the Seventh Day of May 1810 and proved in my office on the twenty eighth of July 1810 a certain Negro woman named Margarett about thirty two years of age five feet and two inches high with a scar on her right arm close by her wrist and one on her forehead born and raised in Q A County was manumitted and set free her freedome to commence the seventh Day of May 1811 her person identified by the oath of Stephen Rawlings In Testamony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal of my L S office this 18th Day of August 181 Wm H Nicholson Rg |
