15 Maryland ss I do hereby certify to all whom it doth concern that by the Death ^last^ will and Testament of Anna Maria Chew duly Executed on the twentieth day of February One Thousand Eight hundred and six and proved in my Office on the eleventh Day of February eighteen hundred and eleven a certain mulatto Man named William alias little Bill thirty five years of age last October five feet six inches high with a scar on his left Jaw and some what cross eyed and born in the City of Annapolis but raised in Queen Anns County was manumitted and set free to commence his freedom at the age of thirty five years his person identified by the oath of Richard I Jones In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal of my office this 18.th Day of May 1811 L S W.m H Nicholson Regr Q A County Maryland Ss I do hereby certify to whome it doth concern that by the last Will and Testament of Robert Emory duly executed on the tenth Day of May one thousand eight hundred and nine and proved in my office on the third Day of June one thousand eight hundred and nine a certain negro man named Perry born in Talbot County aged about twenty five years five feet four inches & a half inch high his right thigh has been broken was manumitted and set free his freedome to commence the first Day of January one thousand |
