Court
 In Testimony whereof I hereto set my hand and
affixed the seal of the orphans court for Queen
Anns county this 25.th day of July in the year
of our lord one thousand eight hundred and
Ten
         Will H Nicholson Regr of wills for Q A county


Maryland Sc  I do hereby certify all persons whom it doth
or may concern that by the last will and Testament of
a certain Arthur Emory late of Queen Anns County deceased
duly Executed on the eighth day of March one thousand
eight hundred and seven and proved in my office on
the 10.th day of April eighteen hundred and seven A
certain negro man named Jacob of a dark complexion
six feet and one half Inch high about thirty nine
years of age hath a scar on the right legg occasioned
by the cut of a scythe Blade (hath no other notable
scars) was manumitted and set free his freedom to commence
at the Expiration of two years after the date of
the said will and proved by the oath of a certain
Doct John D Emory to be the Identical person as
specified in said will
