free.  Her freedom to commence on the 1.st day of January
next after she attains the age of thirty years.  Her person identified
by one Sarah Shields who states she was the widow of the said
William Ridgaway dec.d  Given under my hand and the
seal of my Office this 7.th day of march 1829

Note   the foregoing certificate was on parchmt the seal impressed
on rose paper & confined with a blue ribbon
