 In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed the public seal of the orphans court
for Queen Anns county this 26.th day of october

Maryland ss  I do hereby certify all persons whom it doth
or may concern that by the last will and Testament of a
certain James Kent late of Queen Anns county deceased duly
Executed on the Nineteenth day of May Eighteen hundred and
four and proved in my office on the 14.th day of August 1805
a certain negro man named Cezar of a dark complexion
five feet eight inches high about 34 years of age has a very
remarkable scar on his nose a scar on his right and left
hand one scar over the left eye and a very remarkable
scar on his Brest was manumitted and set free his freedom
to commence on the first day of January Eighteen hundred
and Ten and proved by the oath of a certain James Kent
to be the Identical person as mentioned in the said will

 In Testimony whereof I hereto set my hand and
affix the seal of the orphans court for Queen Anns
county this 17.th day of April Anno Domini 1810
